The Grille Room
In preparing for the 2012 season, we want to make you aware of a new direction we're taking with The Grille Room. In the past, the club has maintained full management of its food and beverage operation. For this coming season, however, we'll be partnering with Shane Sheldon and his organization. As most of you know, Shane successfully led Food and Beverage here from 1999 until 2003. Now with BOLD Restaurant, Shane and his new general manager, Jeanna Peltier, will build their own Grille Room team with your dining experience as their top priority.
We anticipate that The Grille Room will be open for the season mid-March and will keep you informed. Until then, if you have inquiries about private events, please call the normal Grille Room number at 269-323-2051.

We are doing this by creating and maintaining a food operation that is exceptional in its attention to every detail of operation. We will sell food and drinks that meet the highest standards of quality and freshness at a value to our customers.
Our impeccable service is demonstrated by all staff through a friendly and accommodating attitude, knowledge, promptness, attention to detail and professional integrity in our work.
